It is the goal of Jesus Lord Mission Ministries Youth Department to enhance the lives of its members, naturally and spiritually, thereby equipping them to successfully confront their present challenges, and those in the future.
The process to achieve this goal will be achieved by producing informative and innovative techniques via conventions, youth rallies, etc., designed to address the existing issues concerning our youth, and their current circumstances.
Jesus Lord Mission Ministries Youth Department will perpetuate an equipping ministry of excellence to prepare our youth for worldwide ministry. Each and every member of our department will function as concerned, skilled, youth leaders to carry out the vision of this department, and enable our youth to live Godly and fulfilling lives.

Jesus Lord Mission Ministries Youth Department is a vibrant training auxiliary that exists to equip our youth with the necessary training to live a prosperous and victorious life in Jesus Christ. This charismatic department will design, develop, and implement programs and ministry opportunities that meet the spiritual needs of the youth of our church. Which will consist of rallies, workshops, and pertinent seminars these will be tools used to effectively teach our youth how to apply the Word of God in their lives.
Philosophy
Dear Youth and Youth workers, Greeting to all of you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. My prayer for everyone who visits this site is that you will be gifted with the favor of God upon your life. Remember that Jesus came so that we might have life and life more abundantly, since we are his sons and daughters. We each have the opportunity to worship him in our daily walk, by being productive in assisting others in their needs. Whether it is in a monetary gift or the gift of time, be a blessing to someone in need.
As the Executive Director/President of the Sold Out Youth Department of Jesus Lord Mission Ministries, I am appealing to all youth workers that it is truly the time that we aim to impact the total man of the youth of this generation, while encouraging them to fulfill their God given purpose to the highest degree. My goal and prayer is that we will come together as fervent workers in the vineyard striving to equip our youth so they are able to combat the tremendous challenges and issues that are prevalent in our society. We, the youth leaders, must teach the reality of Christ to our young people in their everyday lives through biblical and practical instruction.
As youth leaders, we each are embarking into this twenty-first century and must have purpose in our hearts to reach, teach, train and develop the youth in our area. With the help of God, the entire staff Of Jesus Lord Mission Ministries “Sold Out “is devoted and committed to spending time and effort to successfully accomplish the goal of making our youth strong in their convictions to serve the Lord.
I want to take this final opportunity to encourage our young people, to be encouraged. I am not here to simply lead. I am here as a supporter and encourager and want to congratulate you on your success in life. Continue to acknowledge God in all that you do and you will be blessed every step of the way. Remember that the greatest gift we can give anyone is the Love that God has shared with us. Remember that Love is not just a word we say loosely. Love is an action word and we must show forth the Love of God in our everyday actions. May the blessings of the Lord make each and everyone of you rich!

Jesus Lord Mission Ministries Youth Department will use innovative methods to insure that our youth become valued resources to their families, churches, and communities. We will teach them how to become self-sustaining productive citizens. This department will pursue financial resources that will allow us to cultivate opportunities for the church's young to become economically empowered and producers of jobs in the body of Christ, without compromising Godly principles. With all of this in mind the finale outcome is to produce law-abiding outstanding youth to become agents of change in our church and society.
